Firstly a big thank you for over 50 likes on my post :-)

RIGHT!!! There are many reasons that I split my leg workouts into 2 sessions…..

1. ITS HALF OF YOUR BODY! Why train your upper half for 3-4 sessions a week and only allow a session for your bottom half.

2. Your Ham strings and Calves need to be HAMMERED!! most people add a couple of sets onto the end of their legs workouts! THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

3. There is no way if you are training your quads properly you have enough energy left over for hamstrings and calves at the end FACT!!!!!

4. Since I have split my legs sessions I have seen immense increases in size and strength!!!

Hopefully this is enough reasons for you :-) NOW!!!! Below is todays quad session! This was the most BRUTAL! leg session that I have done this year and was powered completely by Grenades new Pre-Workout formula .50 Calibre!

Warm up

Barbell Squats

3 sets of 12 reps with 60kg

Barbell Squats


8 Sets of 12 Repetitions with 100kg

Leg Extension (Quintuple Drop Sets)


90kg till failure, 80kg till failure, 70kg till failure, 60kg till failure, 50kg till failure (minimum reps on each set 15 reps)

3 Sets with 1 minute rest

Lunges (50lb)


4 sets of 8 reps on each leg with 1 min rest inbetween.

Leg Press FST7 – (Fascia Stretch Training)


150kg Leg Press Machine

12 repetitions for 7 Sets (30 seconds rest inbetween flexing the quad muscles for the entire rest period).

1 word OUCH!!!! Im going to feel this for at least a week!
